THE LOVE LANGUAGE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

For a long time, we were fed with an erroneous impression about the Holy Spirit. We were told that He leaves anytime we sin or make mistakes. So many of us were baptized into the pool of this error, we believed the Holy Spirit is such an aggressive being, a no nonsense person. The most terrific figure of the Trinity. The one who never forgives if he’s offended. We were made to see the Holy Spirit in a wicked form.
Also when we hear anyone claiming to have a word from the Spirit, we tremble with fear believing everything single thing the person said, even if they were junks, errors and lies. We believed that the Holy Spirit was meant for the serious looking folks or those who dress in a religious way. We thought the Holy Spirit was for the few believers, the very committed church goers. Dressing and serious look was the way to know who was filled with the spirit. The sisters and brothers with oversized dresses were viewed to be very spiritual. What a very wrong impression! Sadly, many still have this erroneous impression about the Holy Spirit.
My dear, the Holy Spirit dwells permanently in a believer, He’s not a visitor neither is He a squatter in the life of a believer. The life of every believer is the temple of the Lord and the Holy Spirit DWELLS PERMANENTLY in the temple. In fact, the Holy Spirit is the landlord, the rightful owner of the believer’s life. Once you’re saved, you have the Holy Spirit inside of you, the very fullness of God. You don’t pray that He enters, He enters immediately you believe in your heart that Christ was raised from the dead for your justification and confess the Lord Jesus Christ with your mouth as your Lord and savior.
The presence of the Holy Spirit in your life is not validated by a strange feeling or sensation, it is validated by your salvation. Whether you feel or not, the Holy Spirit dwells in you if you’re saved. Every believer has the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
To fully experience the manifestations of the Spirit is diverse ways, you’ve got to stay CONSCIOUS of His indwelling in your life. When you stay conscious of His presence, you’ll experience him to the fullest. Stay conscious my dear friend. The Love language of the Holy Spirit is the acknowledgement of His Presence in you. In fact! The way to experience His fullness is yo consistently acknowledge His presence, talk to him, sing to him dance for him, ask him questions, ask for his help, celebrate him! Oh my, when you do these, you’ll be filled with the aura of his presence, what a sweet fellowship you’ll experience.. The Holy Spirit is very real! Give him attention and acknowledgement!
What happens whenever you sin or make mistakes is that you loose the CONSCIOUSNESS of His presence, he seems far away. That’s what the devil derives pleasure in, he wants to steal your CONSCIOUSNESS, kill your CONFIDENCE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT, then consequentially destroy your fellowship and relationship with the Holy Spirit. Do not give in to this feeling of inadequacy when you. Go boldly to the throne of Grace, tell him you need his help to restore your confidence in him! The Holy Spirit never condemns, no way! He’s a gentle and loving being who longs to experience your fellowship with Him. He is a sweetheart, yes, a lover. His fellowship is sweeter than anything on earth! Glory to Jesus!
Depression also targets your relationship with the Holy Spirit, it makes you less conscious of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in you. No matter how hard the battle or opposition is, diz your gaze on the Spirit, not the situation or opposition. The Holy Spirit is always willing to assist, He’s always ready to intervene, however He needs to be involved, you need to Speak to Him, you need to invite him! Remember He’s a gentleman who will not force His will on you.
The Love language of the Holy Spirit is ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! acknowledge Him IN ALL YOUR WAYS and you will experience HIS FULLNESS! Each time you wake up, tell him Good morning and listen to your heart as He responds in a gentle voice! The Holy Spirit is real.
I call you blessed
